Hospitals run their sanitary load around the clock, and conventional plants are sized for a peak that in practice never stops. Aerators, blowers and sludge handling all become continuous-duty equipment, and each of them is a maintenance window waiting to happen.
The Aquatron separation stage removes that risk in the place where it costs most. Flush momentum, centrifugal force and gravity part the solids from the water — nothing rotates, nothing is dosed, nothing draws power. Solids compost in a sealed, vented bio-chamber where bacteria convert up to 95% of the mass to vapour and CO2, leaving a scoop of dry humus rather than a tanker of sludge.
For a 320 KLD load that translates into roughly 65% less electricity drawn and up to 80% lower annual running cost against conventional treatment, with no dedicated operator needed up to 500 KLD.
