Case studyVoora's Ocean 27, Chennai

110 KLD for a residential tower in Chennai

For a housing society the real number is not CAPEX — it is the maintenance bill that lands every single year.

Capacity

110 KLD

Annual AMC

₹3.2 L vs ₹15 L

Space

~60% less

Reuse

Flushing, landscape

Residents notice a sewage treatment plant in exactly two ways: the smell, and the maintenance line in the annual budget. Aquatron removes the first by sealing and venting the solids, and cuts the second by removing the machinery that normally needs servicing.

On a comparable 75 KLD villa layout the difference is stark: about ₹1.64 Cr for a conventional plant against ₹88.9 L for Aquatron, with annual maintenance of roughly ₹15 L against ₹3.2 L. The plant also needs around 60% less built-up area, which returns parking and landscape space to the project.

At 110 KLD in Chennai the same logic applies at a larger scale, with treated water going back into flushing and landscape irrigation instead of the drain.
