The short answer
Aquatron separates about 98% of liquids from solids immediately, so no sludge tanks, pumps or presses are needed. The published comparison claims about 60% less built-up space. Figures are indicative comparisons against a conventional STP of the same capacity, not a quotation or guaranteed result. Final design, cost and performance depend on a site assessment.

Is a compact STP less effective?
Size does not define treatment. The separated liquid still goes through downstream treatment, filtration and UV. Agree treatment targets in writing.
Where are compact STPs most useful?
Basements of commercial buildings, apartment towers, villa layouts and retrofits where space is limited.
